Madhuri Dixit is all set to make her web debut through Karan Johar and Shri Rao’s much awaited ‘The Fame Game’, where she plays a superstar Anamika Anand who disappears without a trace. The show stars Sanjay Kapoor and Manab Kaul in the lead roles, starting from mega genius and our heart queen Madhuri Dixit.

In addition, the series features a bunch of highly talented newcomers, Muskan Jafri and Lakshvi who are sharing the screen with Madhuri Dixit for the first time. From shooting shocking news to highlighting their starstruck moments, the duo had a lot of experience working on The Fame game.

In the show, where they compose in the role of siblings, they spread beans on their journey and outline working with Madhuri Dixit for the first time.

While sharing how Madhuri Dixit handled him with the scene, Muskan Jafri, who had earlier acted in ‘Amil’, said, “From day one, he was very careful. So humble and down to earth. I remember, in one scene I had to hug him and my face was completely hidden, he then told me to hug him in such a way that my face is biased towards the camera, otherwise I would be completely hidden! He was very humble and nurturing and actually took care of his co-stars. ”

He added, “Sometimes after taking, he would push me to respond and make me feel better. In one scene, while I was struggling, he really helped me get out of my head and deliver. She always admired me when she liked my acting in a scene, it meant the world to me! When young people are starting, it is a blessing to have someone like Madhuri mam, notice what we do and appreciate us. I found a mentor in it and it was really nice. Also, we both love to sing. So we sometimes sang a lot of songs on the set. It was just fantastic. ”

Meanwhile, Lakshvi has shared her refuge, she has started looking at Madhuri Dixit who is playing the role of her on-screen mother in the show, even in real life as a family. “It was surreal in the beginning with Madhuri Dixit, because it is hard to forget that you are working with Madhuri Dixit. What I tried to do was start taking her as a mother even in scenes and shots. But the credit goes to him because he never gave the impression that he was a Madhuri Dixit superstar, but a co-star who had similarly invested in the scene and made me feel very comfortable. ”

“Being around her gave me a great sense of security. There’s a scene where I’m breaking down and I went to hug her and she realized it was a small set up and I was probably going out of frame. She immediately grabbed my shoulder and pulled me back into the frame.” “It was Madhuri Dixit to me. She was amazing. So, that was my relationship with her and now she feels like a family,” he added.

The Fame game is set to release on Netflix on February 25th.
